Return Policy
You may return a product for any reason within 14 days of date of purchase. All returned products must be called in to 248-855-1508 before return shipment and we will guide you through the process. All returns must be in new condition, in the original product packaging including all labels and tags. They must be shipped in a safe and protected manner in order to ensure their safe return. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All sale items, home and garden fairies, tranquil moment angels and tribal circles are on final clearance therefore all sales are final.

Order Process
Orders may be placed via our secure website, or by telephone 248-855-1508. Monday through Friday 9am-6pm or by fax 248-855-1508 anytime. We accept all major credit cards and bill at the time of shipment. We do not accept C.O.D. at this time. All orders in by 2 pm will go out same day, after 2 pm the order will ship the next day. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday will ship Monday. Closed holidays, order ships first business day.

Damages
If a product is damaged, report within 5 days to 248-855-1508. Leave name and phone number for a prompt return call to make necessary arrangements.
